What we collect

When schools register teams with RAT Foundation, we collect contact information for coaches, names and ages of student participants, and (where required for accommodations) dietary requirements.

How we use it

• Running events: communicating with school admins, producing event materials, contacting emergency contacts if needed.
• Issuing certificates and awards.
• Sharing aggregate, anonymized statistics with sponsors (no individual identifying info).

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent any personal information.
• We don't share student information with third parties beyond what's required to run the event (e.g. VEX Tournament Manager).
• We don't use student photos publicly without school consent.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your school's data, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing admin@ratevents.org.

Storage & security

Data is stored in Google Firebase (asia-southeast1 region) with access restricted to authorized RAT Foundation administrators. Payment slip images are stored in Firebase Storage with the same access controls. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit.
